How do I activate my account?

After creating an account, it is automatically activated. You will automatically receive a confirmation email for this.

Where do I redeem my gift card/discount code?

Do you have a gift card or discount code. Then enter the relevant code during the checkout process of the shop. The desired fields are visible in this screen.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your personal account. Click on the doll icon in the top right corner.

Where can I find the items in the webshop?

How can I track my order?

After ordering your desired items you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to view the shipment and expected delivery date of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
