How will my order be delivered?

For shipments within the Netherlands you have the choice between PostNL and DHL outside the Netherlands, orders are shipped with DHL Express or PostNL.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Usually, your order will be delivered the next day. For some items, however, your order may be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number which you can keep an eye on the journey of your order. In the unlikely event that this takes a little longer, we will contact you.

Can I pickup my order elsewhere?

You can have your package delivered to a DHL or PostNL pickup point.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbors. Aren’t they home too? Then your package will be brought to a pickup point near you. This way you have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you will pick it up.

What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium?

For the shipment of your order under € 100, € 4.95 shipping costs will be charged within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders over €100, shipping is free.

What are the shipping costs to other countries?

The shipping costs for orders within and outside Europe are calculated when you place the order. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties will be charged.
