Our Italian, vegetable-tanned leather is a beautiful natural product. It is strong, supple, and breathable. With the right care and attention, it will only become more beautiful with age, ensuring continued comfort for your horse.

The Care Ritual

Step 1: Daily Cleaning (After every ride)

  • Remove dirt and sweat: After each training session, take a soft, slightly damp cloth and carefully wipe off any sweat, saliva, and dirt from the leather.
  • Let it dry: Allow the bridle to air dry naturally. Never hang it in direct sunlight or near a radiator.

Step 2: Periodic Conditioning

  • Thorough cleaning: Use a good quality saddle or leather soap and a sponge to clean the leather more deeply.
  • Nourish and protect: Once the leather is completely dry, apply a thin layer of a quality leather balm, cream, or oil with a soft cloth. Remember: less is often more.
