What is the estimated total delivery time, from the moment I submit this form until the bridle is actually delivered?

After approval of the quote, the production time for a custom bridle is, on average, 6-8 weeks.

What happens if the bridle, despite all the care and personal sizing advice, still doesn't seem to fit perfectly upon arrival? What is your 'fit guarantee'?

I'm unsure about the color for the Swarovski stones. How can I see the colors properly, and are custom designs possible?

  1. Review the color chart: Immediately after your request, you will receive an email with your chosen design. This email will also include a link to our digital Swarovski Color Chart, where you can see all the colors in detail.
  2. Receive a personal preview: Upon request, we can take photos and short videos of your chosen color combination, so you can see exactly how the stones look together before making your final choice.
